1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the BEFE online store operated by New Ouda GmbH. By placing an order through our online store, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply primarily to consumers purchasing products for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or professional activities.

2. Products and Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, colors, and other information displayed on our website are accurate. However, slight differences may occur due to:

  • screen settings;

  • lighting conditions;

  • photography;

  • manufacturing variations;

  • product batches. Such minor variations do not constitute a defect unless they materially affect the functionality or agreed characteristics of the product.

3. Placing an Order

When you place an order by clicking the final purchase button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the products in your shopping cart. After receiving your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order or dispatch the products, whichever occurs first, unless otherwise stated during checkout.

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable currency and include applicable statutory VAT where required. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed separately during checkout before you complete your purchase.

7. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free for orders meeting the applicable free-shipping threshold displayed on our website. Unless otherwise stated at checkout:

8. Retention of Title

The products remain the property of New Ouda GmbH until full payment has been received.

Consumers are entitled to statutory rights regarding defective products. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes mandatory statutory consumer rights.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages arising from:

German law applies to these Terms and Conditions, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the country where the consumer has their habitual residence.
